ABOUT UGNAYAN CARDS

Ugnayan means connection in Tagalog. These cards were created to serve as a companion in cultivating more meaningful and liberating connection with one's self, others and the world through reflection and conversation.Ā Through open-ended questions, inspired by concepts in wellbeing science, Filipino psychology, language and culture, Ugnayan invites you to create space for intentional grounding and joyful growth. By reconnecting with your own experiences and narrative, and listening to that of others, we hope to generate more empathy for ourselves and for each other towards a more mindful, fully expressed life.
