Thank you for signing up to Volunteer with us! We can't wait to work together to make this a successful event with you! Please note that all volunteers must be at OHES by 5:00PM to help with set-up. Doors open at 6:00PM and event ends at 8:30PM.

Please make sure that you are signed up with your school interact club to get credit for the event.

Food Committee (this group will help with set-up/cleanup/serve/sell food - pizza, soda/water, cookies, sandwiches, popcorn and cotton candy on the day of the event)

Ticketing Committee (this group will help with checking bands for ticketing, help with ticket purchase at the door and help with purchase of game tickets)

Carnival Games Committee (this group will help kids with the carnival games and prizes)

Face Painting (This group will help with face painting at the event)
