PS2: Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne

I’m not ready to commit to a review of this title seeing as I’m only 1/4 of the way through it. Like all good things I rant about though, this is deffinitly among them.

Take one part [Atlus](http://www.atlus.com “Atlus Software”), one part old school RPG, tie in some adult pokemon ideas, a generous spoonful of mythical figures from around the world, a dash of philosophy and you have SMT: Nocturne. Simplistic in some forms, advanced in others. It brings you back over and over to bash your head in the wall of a difficult boss. Fusing creatures together to try and find the right concoction of badass to assail the evil of the moment. The game has 7 different endings that are possible so many decisions and paths are available.

To say the least I am enjoying myself. Anyone who enjoyed Phantom Brave or Disgaea will revel in a little 3d mayhem. A good departure from Atlus’ main depiction of games that were all still sprites. I just wish I had more time to play, and thats just not possible at the moment. So get out and grab a copy. You’ll need something to play in alternate with GTA: San Andres coming out next week.
