Yizkor Memorial Book Registration Form
The Yizkor service (literally, "to remember") is recited four times a year, including on Yom Kippur, and connects us spiritually with those who have passed. The readings ask us to remember and reflect on the deceased, including our martyrs, family members, and others that we care about.
Our congregation commemorates loved ones who have passed by publishing their names in a booklet used during the Yizkor service. By adding their names, your loved ones will be a part of all four Yizkor services, even if you can't attend them yourself.
Please complete the form below to add your loved ones to the memorial booklet. In the Yizkor text, we pledge to give charitably in honor of our deceased loved ones. Your donation of $18 per name will fulfill this tradition and help us sustain the congregation.
