What educators are saying

Who doesn't love math centers? My second grade classes LOVE to learn together, and are infatuated with anything that spins. I love using these centers during small group learning time, and my students do, too!
So fun! These are such engaging activities to strengthen my students' understanding of the skill. Thanks so much for making this product.

Description

I don’t know about you, but my students love using a pencil and paperclip to spin, spin, spin! I have found that using spinners increases the desire to complete work and stay independent. These math games can be used as math stations, early finisher activities, or even as independent/partner work while studying a certain math skill. When possible, I tried to include different recording sheets so that you can differentiate or allow your students to have different options while completing their game.

For some of the games students will need to spin multiple times (place value games and counting coins). You can determine how many spins your students should complete or leave it up to them. I have left that open on the directions so that you can choose which is best for your class. If you’d like these games to last for years to come, laminate the instructions and spinners so your kids can use time and time again!

  1. Spin and Solve (adding and subtracting 10/100 from a given number)
