Elves host historical holiday chat


WAYNESBORO -- A pair of guest elves will lead the Dec. 12 Waynesboro Chat to discuss Waynesboro Christmases past.

Beginning at 10 a.m. at the Waynesboro Historical Society's Oller House, 138 W. Main St., Waynesboro, the elfin-led holiday roundtable is a favorite among Oller House's Christmas activities.

Participants are encouraged to bring a special childhood Christmas gift, pictures, stories and memories for a lively interactive discussion that promises to be fun and educational for all ages.

Participation is free and open to the public. Christmas refreshments will be served.

Holiday open houses continue at Oller House 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11; and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12.

Waynesboro Chats on various topics are held from 10-11 a.m. the second Saturday of each month.
