Contest Terms and Conditions

Qualifying Criteria
1. This contest is open to any owner and his/her pet.
2. By participating in this contest, you hereby warrant that you are the rightful owner of the dog.
3. Entries must be submitted before the contest and incomplete forms will be disqualified from the contest.
4. Finalists will be selected by the public. The decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
5. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions shall immediately disqualify you from further participation at any stage of the Contest, and any prizes won shall be forfeited, withheld or withdrawn.
6. Glow Eureka Pte Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, to disqualify any participant or winner, including to cancel this Contest, in such manner as it deems fit, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to such participant or winner.
7.  By participating in this Contest, you agree that Glow Eureka Pte Ltd and EcoSprings Development Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damage of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with your participation in this Contest, the Event, or with the acceptance or possession of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, cost, injuries, losses, or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

You agree to indemnify and hold Glow Eureka Pte Ltd and EcoSprings Development Sdn Bhd, its officers, directors, and employees, and affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, directors and employees, harmless from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities (including statutory liability and liability to third parties), penalties and costs (including without limitation, legal costs on a full indemnity basis), awards, losses and/or expenses, due to or arising out of your participation in the Contest and Event or your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Use of Personal Data

 By signing and submitting the registration form, you agree and consent to:
1. The use of your details for the purpose Doggie Jamboree 2015 marketing promotions
2. The use and reproduction of your name, likeness, appearance and photographs, films and recordings by all means and in all media for the purpose of advertising, publicity and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of the Contest (and future events or Contests) and/or promotion of the Contest (and future events or Contests) and the commercial rights relating to the Contest (and future events or Contests) provided that such use does not imply direct endorsement of any official sponsor or supplier of the Contest.
3. A perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty free license to Glow Eureka Pte Ltd Singapore and EcoSprings Development Sdn Bhd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies to use the entry, including any and all photographs/images and captions submitted together with the entry, in any manner and in relation to any media, for the period that copyright subsists in the entry.
4. The filming, recording, incorporation, and exploitation in whole or any part of you and your pet(s)’s appearance in the Contest and Event in any film, video or broadcast of whatever nature by all means and in all media and formats now or invented after the date of submission of the entry.
