Michigan Family Loses Home and it's Contents to employed members of the Isabella County Sheriff's Department without Due Process, without a police report, without a receipt, without warning and without any legal justification what-so-ever.

Family lost home and it's contents when two employees of the Isabella County Sheriff's Department acted together (while in disguise) to take the home in the absence of due process. We were forced out of our home under threat of arrest and Sheriff's Department employees kept the contents of our home.

Our complaint is against the Sheriff's Department itself and they are the ones that should be addressing our issues or involving other agencies but they are refusing to investigate themselves, and refusing to turn the investigation over to an unbiased agency for an investigation into violations of both state and federal criminal statutes and corruption.

This is an election year and their actions have been only to cover up our complaint and fabricate lies to justify their actions.

The loss of our home and it's contents also destroyed our home based businesses.
