2024 MRV Community Wellbeing Survey
How is the Mad River Valley doing? Have your voice heard on important community issues by taking the third MRV Wellbeing Survey!

BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the Mad River Valley Community Wellbeing Survey is to measure and improve individual and community wellbeing in the Mad River Valley. By asking questions that gauge your satisfaction with your personal health or access to recreational opportunities, we can gain important insight into what the MRV is doing well, and how we can do better.

Results will be shared on the MRV Community Dashboard in summer 2024, and will be used to improve data-driven decision-making, strengthen Valley-wide wellbeing and resilience, and provide transparency between MRV residents and officials. The survey is being conducted by the Mad River Valley Planning District (MRVPD).

*As MRVPD serves the towns of Warren, Waitsfield & Fayston, this survey was created for residents of these three towns.

INSTRUCTIONS:
This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please complete by June 6th.

Your responses are anonymous and confidential, and will not be linked to you as an individual. It is advised to complete in one sitting in order to avoid answers getting lost. This survey is voluntary. You may skip any questions that you do not wish to answer and can stop taking the survey at any time. At the end of the survey, you may input your email to be entered to win a gift card to local businesses.

If you have any questions about the project, please get in touch with MRVPD Community Planner Sam Robinson: sam@mrvpd.org or (802) 496-7179.
