Cumberland Jr. 4-H Camp 2024 
When: July 8th -12th
Where: Holiday Lake 4-H Educational Center, Appomattox, Virginia

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

In order to attend Junior 4-H Camp as a CAMPER, youth must be 9 - 13 years old as of September 30, 2024.
 
Counselors-In-Training (CITs) must have turned 13 by January 1, 2024.  

Teen Leaders must have turned 14 by January 1, 2024. 

EVERYONE attending Camp must register with 4-H Online: https://v2.4honline.com/

COST OF CAMP AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:

The cost of camp is $275.  Some limited, need-based financial assistance may be available.

Camper spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  After completing this registration form, you must submit your deposit of $100 by May 15th and full payment is due by June 14th. 
If your deposit is not received, your registration will be invalid.

Cash payments, exact change only, are accepted at the Cumberland Extension Office (1548 Anderson Highway, Cumberland) during regular business hours. We are unable to accept debit/credit cards at this time.
*There is a return check fee of $50 for all returned checks

CAMP CLASS SELECTION:

Campers will choose individual classes to take at camp.  Once the 4-H Center has finalized its class offerings for the season, registered campers that have completed *Step 1, *Step 2, and *Step 3  of the registration process will be contacted with directions on how to sign up for classes, which is Step 4.  

* Step 2- Submit deposit to the Extension Office
* Step 3 - Enroll or Re-enroll in 4-H Online.

I understand that in order to attend camp, I must enroll my child as a 4-H member in the 4-H Online enrollment system (https://v2.4honline.com).  This online enrollment system replaces the 4-H Member Enrollment, Health History, Media Release, and Code of Conduct forms.  If you have enrolled in 4-H Online previously, you will need to log into your account and update your information.  Enrollment must be completed within 7 days of registration.  I understand that campers may not register for classes until their enrollment is completed. *
