We can only change the world if all of us get involved. Her mission in life is to try and get as many people involved in making a difference by volunteering their skills and their time to NGOs/social causes in India. She do this by consulting with individual NGOs around their Board strategies from helping them articulate the role of their Boards to identifying potential Board members/Advisors. More recently, have started exploring "probono mentor panels" who are people with functional expertise and will support senior team members in a NGO do their job more effectively. This enables the sector to create a pool of potential Board members and Advisors who would have gained the experience of the organisation , more grounds up .

She equally passionate about volunteering and believe that we must think about volunteering as a journey for the individual from providing opportunities to expose a first time volunteer to enabling them move up to engaging usefully and eventually become evangelists for volunteering. If volunteering is approached from the perspective of what the volunteer wants to gain from the experience she believe we will create a more self driven and sustainable volunteer.
