CAAEYC 2023 Annual Conference Volunteer Form
Who is eligible to volunteer?

First priority is given to students in the ECE field. We identify students as individuals pursuing an undergraduate degree in ECE or a related field. In addition, priority is given to individuals pursuing a graduate degree and are not fully employed. Generally speaking, administrators, college faculty, center directors would not be eligible. If you have a question about eligibility, contact CAAEYC at volunteer@caeyc.org 

We collect emergency contact information in the event there is a situation where we need to contact someone.

The type of volunteer activities include: workshop monitor, registration assistance, bag distribution, exhibitor check-in, helping attendees find their way, etc.

Full vaccination for COVID is not required. In addition, wearing a mask is at the discretion of the participant. However, if health and safety protocols change by state or county order, we are required to follow them and will, in turn, require participants to as well.

Where will you volunteer?

All volunteer activities will be held at the Marriott Hotel Santa Clara, 2700 Mission College Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA 95054.
