Red White and Blue Festival Vendor Information

Saturday, June 29th: 12:00 PM-10 PM

All vendors will be located in the Dryer Hall parking lot. Vendors will not be in the grass this year, and spaces will be assigned. You will have the option to set up on Friday evening or Saturday morning.

Rules:

• Sales tax must be charged on all sales. Exhibitors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying all sales tax collected.

• Food vendors must provide a copy of the Arkansas Department of Health License and proof of general liability insurance.

• We reserve the right to reject an application based on duplicate vendors or content not aligning with our mission to provide a family-friendly festival.

• Vendors are responsible for booth setup. The festival will not provide tents, tables, or chairs.

• Vendors will remove all trash, property, and all structures placed on the space by midnight and surrender their space in the same condition.

• Vendors are expected to stay until the Fireworks have finished.

• Payment to secure your spot must be made no later than June 21st, 2024.

• Please note that spaces and electricity are very limited. Priority will be given to those who sign up and pay first.
