Legal Update

• Due to the pending litigation and recent ruling, the Wildlife Conservation Board (WCB) has rescinded their staff recommendation for a grant application submitted by the County. The grant would have provided $3,420,000 towards acquisition of the golf course.
   
• Any actions related to closing escrow, fundraising, and planning activities, have been halted due to the preliminary injunction ruling. All Parks sponsored outings and activities planned at the property are cancelled.

Interim Golf Course Operation and Events

• The San Geronimo Golf Course is open for golf and events.
   
• Please call (415) 488-4030 or visit www.golfsangeronimo.com for more information, to book a tee time, or hold an event.

Public Access

• Touchstone has opened the golf course property for public, non-golf access on designated days and times:
  • Sundays: 3pm to sunset (front 9)
  • Third Fridays: 3pm to sunset (back 9)
     
• During these times the public is invited to picnic, walk, ride bikes, throw a frisbee, or play with their dogs. Fishing is only allowed in the ponds on the golf course.
   
• For your safety, please respect the current rules when the property operates as a golf course outside of these designated public access periods.
