This is a library of characterized bioactive compounds with validated targets against cancer-related proteins. It was purchased from Selleck Chemicals by the Ludwig Center at Harvard Medical School (Isaac Harris, Brugge Laboratory) and plated in May 2018. Each compound is plated at 9 concentrations (10 mM down to 2 uM). Please see map below for a visual layout.
The compounds in this library are also in ICCB-Longwood's Selleck Bioactive Compound Library, but the 'anti-cancer' compounds are grouped together here and each is plated at 9 concentrations.
