RTI officer killed in hit ‘n run on the N3
Paramedics, RTI, forensics and other emergency officials were on scene
An RTI officer was killed in a hit ‘n run on the N3 near the Tugela River this afternoon (August 26).
It is alleged that the officer was on duty, working on the N3, when a vehicle knocked him down and sped off.
The officer died at the scene.
Paramedics, RTI, forensic staff and other emergency officials responded.
