Thank you for your interest in joining us for our upcoming outdoor & in-person Sunday worship Services.
Our first outdoor service will be a Communion Service, Sunday, August 9. Our plan is continue with outdoor services, at least through the month of August.
We will offer 3 services at 8:00, 9:30 and 11:00 am. The 11:00 am service will continue to be live-streamed on our YouTube channel. Services will be held under a large tent in the Lower Parking Lot. Chairs will be provided.
Each service will be for a maximum of 50 people total (including worship band and preacher). Before registering, please review the following guidelines to insure the best possible worship experience for all involved.
Health and Safety guidelines to keep in mind if you plan to attend in person:
- Be in Good Health - If you are showing any signs of illness or may have been exposed to the coronavirus, please continue to join us online.
- Mask are required outdoors when 6 feet of social distancing cannot be maintained.
- Chairs can be adjusted, but will still require 6 feet of social distancing between “family units”
- “Family units” can be no larger than 10 people and can consist of families and/or close friends that have continued to have significant contact throughout the last few months.
- Please keep in mind that childcare will not be provided.
- Welcome one another with non-physical greetings.
- Prepackaged communion elements will be safely dispersed as you enter the tent area.
- Be aware restrooms continue to be single-occupancy. They will be available in the Gym using one-way foot traffic in and out.
- To remain under the 50 person maximum at all times, we ask that you please exit the campus immediately following the service. This will allow space for the arrival of our attendees for the next service.
