The casino in Niagara Falls is reopening under Seneca Gaming Corporation’s first phase of their reopening plan. Seneca Buffalo and Seneca Allegany remain closed to the public but are scheduled to reopen on June 25 and July 2, respectively.

“We have been looking forward to reopening all of our properties over the last few months,” Dave Sheridan, Interim CEO and CFO of Seneca Gaming Corporation, said. “The impact has been deep here in Western New York and the rest of the country. We are thrilled to be welcoming back our guests and our team alike.”

Expect some changes if you are visiting the popular casino in Niagara Falls. Sheridan said all visitors will have their temperatures checked when they enter the casino and they will be required to wear a mask while there.

Once inside, visitors will notice fewer machines available for play.

The casino will be closed from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. Sheridan said this will allow their staff to clean the entire building each night.

Seneca Gaming staff will also limit the number of visitors inside the casino. Sheridan did not give an exact number of people that they are limiting inside but said it is determined based on the number of people in the property per machine.

Restaurants inside the casino have also been modified to offer “grab-and-go” options. There will be limited seating at the Blues Burger Bar.

“At this time, we are not offering alcohol for consumption on the property,” Sheridan said. “We will have soda, water, coffee, tea. But we are holding off on the alcohol service at this time.”

We are confident that our phased approach will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.”
