There isn't very good pictures of this item.  It looks like there are wheels in the back of the unit.  Is that correct?

Used this smoker to cook a Christmas dinner Prime Rib and it turned out amazingly good. First time using a smoker and was a bit hesitant, but if you're looking for a good and inexpensive smoker look no further. The digital heat and timer as well as this unit being fully electric it's super simple to use.

I used this for the first time on Thanksgiving morning....a bit risky but we had a 2nd bird that my wife cooked in the oven. What I have gleaned from cooking a bird. The turkey, while very tasty with mesquite flavored chips changed q30 minutes, would have been more moist had I brined overnight. My brother told me to do this but I decided to just do it with an apple and a Coke in the middle...the bird was good, but brining overnight would have kept it more moist during the 6+ hour smoking process. My other brother asked if I smoked it breast side down...I didn't, but when you think about it, it makes sense and will keep the breastmeat more moist. So, do two things for a good size bird: 1) brine the night before, 2) cook breast side down.

Worked beautifully on a 15 lb turkey.

I absolutely love this smoker. Much better than the gas or charcoal ones I have owned. I live in a very windy area and regulating the heat on the is much easier than others types of smokers, set it and forget it. Creates a great smoky flavor. Highly recommend. 

It is also easy to put together and cure.

Excellent Smoker

I got this and it is awesome, very easy to use and smokes meat to perfection. Very easy to use and cleaning couldn't be easier. The outside doesn't get hot either so very safe. Plenty of room for a lot of meat too. So bring on the group.

I was looking for a low cost smoker to try and this product fit my needs. Have done ribs and jerky and both exceeded my expectations. Excellent product.

Great value

I used this for the first time smoked a whole chicken and it turned out perfectly. The smoker temperature stayed consistent for 4 hours in 23 degree temperature.

Great smoker

I assembled the smoker and seasoned it in a few hours.  I cooked 3 racks of ribs (not wide enough for whole rack so I had to cut them in half).  The smoke flavor was good for my very first time using it so all in all pleased.  The only issue I have with the smoker is the wood chip box is ONLY accessible from the inside.  This means when you need to add chips you have to open the smoker, almost burn yourself getting the wood chip holder out, add chips then reclose the smoker.  I coordinated it with my turn time and wrapping my ribs but an external wood chip access would be much better and not drop the temp in the box.  However, I live in a condo and my days of offset smoking is over so I would rank it more as an inconvenience but when this one wears out I will switch back to external wood chip access.

Great Priced Performer

Was looking for a replacement electric smoker, used this a few times and it has done a good job. Creates a good amount of smoke, seals well, and keeps a fairly steady temperature.  Nice unit at a good price.

Nice smoker, really good price

I purchased this unit less than 1 month ago. I used it once and the unit stopped working. Digital controller has power, but does not activate heat. Have attempted resetting the unit by disconnecting and reconnecting controller, no change. Customer “no” service was useless, was on hold for over 15 minutes and spoke to no one.
I will be returning.

Terrible

Not sure it works right.  We received it in a perfectly good box, no damage, and saved it for a Christmas gift.  Pulled it out of the box two days ago and there was a big dent in the door! We expected and purchased a brand new unit. Of course we wanted to use it and not wait the return and try to get a new one game so we used it.  Not sure it worked right due to the dent in the door or maybe we made a mistake.
