The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle proudly shared a picture of little baby Archie’s feet today to mark the Duchess of Sussex’s first US Mother’s Day.

The couple took to their Instagram page to share a new picture of baby Archie among a bed of Princess Diana’s favourite flowers with the caption “Paying tribute to all mothers today, past, present, mothers-to-be, and those lost but forever remembered. We honor and celebrate each and every one of you. Today is Mother’s Day in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, Japan, and several countries across Europe. This is the first Mother’s Day for The Duchess of Sussex.”

Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor is already fit to be the star of his parents’ Instagram page.

Though the new Meghan Markle baby picture doesn’t show Archie’s face, the maternal bond the pair share is clear.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex announced their first son was born on Monday, May 6, at 5:26 a.m. local time.

The baby name announcement for the seven-pound, three-ounce royal baby boy also arrived on Instagram on Wednesday, hours after the Sussex family stepped out for a photo call with the new arrival.
