Today's Business and First Class services

Nowadays, airlines offer Business and First class passengers a wide range of services. From the luxury of having enough space to sleep, eat, work and relax while remaining in their seats to other great services such as WiFI access, videos on demand and other services, passengers can enjoy nice long flights without noticing the time passing. Well, is this still true?

As the years go by, customer demand has increased considerably and providers need to adapt. Long flights are not only a way to travel from point A to point B, passengers want to make the most of it by working or enjoying good moments, especially business travelers and families.

How could you meet this demand?

Your project should be the perfect combination of providing the best services to flight passengers within a confined and optimized space

Your mission

Should you accept it!

Based on the data and information you will have collected and the resources from STELIA Aerospace, think of a solution that combines originality, feasibility and relevance! Here’s some questions that you could answer to start imagining your project:

  • Does this new service already exist?
  • If it does: how can it be enhanced and bring added value to flight passengers?
  • If it doesn’t: is it easily and technically feasible? How much would it cost to put in motion?
  • Take into account that your project should meet the demand of solo travelers, families, business travelers. So whether the passenger travels alone or accompanied, your project should adapt to any of these situations.
  • Consider the ROI: how many passenger could benefit from your services, and at the same time would it be a great investment for the company in term of space profitability?

You will only have one chance to be selected for the Final stage, be mentored and work with experts on your project. As such, we recommend you submit, in addition to the mandatory 10-slide Powerpoint and prototype, any other support that could help the jury members understand your idea: mockups, videos...don’t hesitate to think outside the box!

Bare in mind that for the mandatory prototype, we do not expect from you something too developed nor specific. It can either be a digital mock-up, a scale model or even a drawing, as long as the idea seems feasible and is understandable.
