立即了解更多:https://bit.ly/4dhxm7A Various mainland catering brands have begun to enter Hong Kong after the pandemic, and among them, lemon tea shops have sparked a craze. With increasing competition from similar types of businesses, how does the team of a handcrafted lemon tea brand stand out among the new tea shops? After the pandemic, the team seized the blank period in Hong Kong's catering industry and the business opportunity in handcrafted lemon tea. They traveled to Zhanjiang and to bring the brand to the Hong Kong market, but this also led to the emergence of more similar tea shops. In the face of competition, the brand decided to enter large shopping malls, highlighting the brand through various decoration styles, and also creating peripheral products that catered to the local market for local customers.

立即了解蓮香樓如何將廣東茶樓文化發揚光大:https://bit.ly/3JAM1Nz The renowned tea house in Central, Lin Heung Lau, has come close to closing down multiple times in recent years. Fortunately, it has received a substantial investment from investors and officially reopens for business at its original location. The current director of the tea house, Lau Ka Man, candidly admits that while there has been a steady flow of customers since the reopening, the tea house must continuously innovate and preserve tradition in order to maintain its competitive edge in the market. The reopened tea house retains the traditional tea house culture while also introducing handcrafted tea for the first time and transforming the ground floor into a Cantonese barbecue stall to attract a wider range of customers. However, the current location will face demolition and reconstruction in three years. He hopes to revitalize the brand before the "three-year deadline" and sees it as both a challenge and an opportunity. Find out more about how Lin Heung Lau promotes Cantonese tea house culture.
