George is Incredibly helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. He's a great listener. Even though he could t find the root cause of my issue, he gave me many possible solutions to investigate

I contacted several other businesses for my IT/Network connectivity issue, specific to my iMac. Many companies replied with estimates between $300 to $400 to come to my house and diagnose the issue. I went with George based on his reasonable rates and excellent Yelp reviews. George did some troubleshooting and had me up and running in no time. George explained the issue and gave many great recommendations on my wifi mesh system. George ensured everything was running well before he left and saved me a lot of cash.

George is a great guy. He knows his stuff. and very quick.he does not waste time. and if he does not know he tells right away. will work with him again. Very pleasant personality.

I recently commissioned, George, The Friendly Tech Guy to build a monster high-powered video editing PC. He was very communicative throughout the project. He offered very sound technical recommendations by reviewing my parts list of materials. The turnaround time to complete the job was above and beyond my expectations. Post build he provided additional tech support to help optimize the PC's performance. It's been a few weeks of working with the new PC and I'm delightfully satisfied with his work.

I was having issues with my home Wifi and network set up...I "upgraded" with Xfinity and my performance plummeted.
So I turned to Yelp, called 8 numbers in a row, George called me right back, came out to my home that day, took a look around, quoted a fair price, and returned the following Monday on time and problem solved.

I will definitely be calling George for any future tech issues. With my kids home 24/7 the Comcast wi-fi coverage just wasn't cutting it. George responded quickly, came out within days and the entire thing took less than a week. He had a better solution than the one I had thought of, and just generally seemed much more knowledgeable and interested in doing a good job than some other companies I had investigated.
