Adorable toy.  I purchased it for my 1 year old grandson and he loves it.  I wouldn't advise putting the necklace on the toy for younger kids, put it away, keep it in the box for safekeeping.  The toy will become a collector's item.

Its freakin adorable and I just didnt want to wait last minute before it sold out. Its smaller than the plush but still cute and small enough to sit on a desk.  Kids love it and the intent was to save for Christmas but that went south when the adults couldnt stop playing with it. Just happy Walmart had it readily in stock online at the time and shipped right away. You wont regret it.

So far so good. It's a pretty cool toy. I picked up one for me and one for my son. I absolutely love the animatronics. I'm not sure why people were leaving negative reviews if they did not have the toy in their possession.

Just received it today!!

OMG!! Fast shipping!! Thought it wasn't coming until November; arrived 3 weeks ago. Early Xmas gift!! Love how he coos, moves his ears, summons The Force, takes a nap. Can't wait to see what else he does. If you're a Star Wars and Mandalorian fan, be without him you can't!!

This is the real deal. We pre ordered from 2 other sources and one from a gaming store came in the mail October 15th. For some reason the Walmart site would work for us.  We picked up 2 prior at Walmart so I picked them up for our nephews and we have another one coming not until November from a online collectors toy store. Its just how they are shipping out like many other pre orders. Love this little guy. I think he is for the collectors more so. We think he is so stinkin  cute we purchased a few for Christmas gifting in case they were sold out. You barely have to touch the top of his head to get him moving. ears, arms, eyes, neck. Barely a hair over 7 inches tall and about 8 1/2 from ear to ear. We are enjoying him. I know our nephewsnwith be loving theirs at Christmas along with a guy my husband works with. Its like a conversation piece.

Cute!

If you are a Star Wars fan or a fan of The Mandalorian TV series, then you will love "The Child." Also known as baby Yoda, this little fella is about as adorable as you can get. It's a definite must for any collector, and big kids will go crazy over it as well. The only negative I will say about this product is it is much smaller than we all anticipated. Most people that I have spoken with that have purchased this all have the same opinion that we expected it to be a little bit bigger. In fact, the dimensions on the box are incorrect. He is only about 7 inches tall. For it to be more effective, I think it should be twelve inches or taller. This item was originally scheduled to ship in the middle of December, but something tells me that Hasbro realized it was too late for Christmas, so they rushed into production, and I think that's probably where the size suffered. Prototypes and advertisements did show a little bit bigger of a product. However, I think this product will bring plenty of joy and is worth the price.

Smaller than expected, but still so much fun

I received the box in Horrible condition. It looked like someone opened it up already. I am very upset, as this was meant to be a present.

Bad delivery condition

The Packaging was HORRIFIC! It made the doll look CHEAP! The box was torn and looked old (like it had been used and reused several times)  I am hoping it works on Christmas Day because it is a Christmas gift. HORRIBLE!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Disappointed

The fact that I paid 101$ Online for it to be 20$ in stores, was number 1.... secondly, its smaller than my hand, and 3rd, the 5inch bop it was way funnier... wayyyy over priced and not worth it at all!!!!!!
