The staff is super friendly, Mr. Adel from the restaurant is really a decent and nice guy, Muhammed Ramadan from the reception is professional and helpful, Taha and Ragab from the Bar are good people, Hamdy and Ziad, the life guards are nice people, too The food was good, I knew they could do a better job, but the budget is limited, I totally understand that

The staff was 100% - smiling, helpful, friendly. They were always helpful, especially at the reception. The beach was beautiful and clean. The room was clean. Hot tub on the terrace of our room was perfect. We enjoyed the meals, especially the desserts. The animation program was enough for us, the whole family had fun. Dining room and hotel clean, well maintained. It was quiet at night. Aqupark in the neighbouring hotel is very good, it is linked with hotel.
