We cover the season finale of Icons Unearthed, wherein we (apparently) learn that Fast and Furious is the reason we're all allowed to go to Cuba again. It's time for another Life in the Fast Lane, and we're wondering: "7hat's in the bag?" We start things off with the 2 Fast 2 Furious Minute (#99), in which Joe wonders if the filmmakers are "toying with us" (???) and we both admire the movie's two best extras doing even more amazing background acting. We pivot to On the Streets to cover a lot of news, including Vin Diesel's post about the franchise's "grand finale" and a possible new title formatting. Is Vanessa Kirby the most successful and diverse franchise actor? We explore "the virtues of Fast & Furious" and explore some show stats for our 400th (ish) episode. Is Dwayne Johnson interquel?
We turn to the fifth episode of Icons Unearthed, which may be (once again) the worst episode of the show, but also includes some really sweet stuff about Paul Walker. We catch up on a month's worth of extracurricular activities. We talk about The Zone of Interest, including some spoilers, starting around 1:12:00.
