Once again, the city of Columbia cites street conditions and public safety as top priorities for improvement over the next two years, according to a survey conducted in the fall.

The survey, directed by a Kansas-based market research firm ETC Institute, was sent out to “identify and respond to resident concerns” and assess citizen satisfaction with city services, according to the final report released in January.

Here is the ETC Institute PowerPoint about the 2018 Columbia citizen survey, which found that 79 percent of residents are satisfied with the city's quality of life.
