Many also boast two stories of vernacular Key West architecture with tin roofs, pastel wooden shutters and spacious white wraparound balconies and porches — perfect to idle the afternoon away. Each cottage has its own unique décor, and most are kitted out with Spanish terracotta tile floors, wood-paneled walls and ceilings, and simple, modern furniture in clean lines and a subdued color palette. Morada Bay is a more laid-back venue perfect for a casual lunch or sunset overlooking Florida Bay. For a diner-style breakfast, Bob’s Bunz is directly across the street.
