Sweet small town bull rider romance.

City girl moves to a small town in Montana. Falls in love with a bull rider who is a single dad who has sworn off ever finding love. It’s a cute read. If you’re looking for easy and contemporary romance in a small town setting then you may enjoy this read.

NEVER ENOUGH (Meet Me in Montana #1) by Kelly Elliot is the start of a new contemporary cowboy romance series. Kelly Elliot is a new-to-me author who pulled me in with her writing style and I will be continuing to look for her name and series in the future.

Lincoln Pratt is one of the top interior designers in Atlanta, but she wants and needs a fresh start. She sold her company and is starting over in Hamilton, Montana. Lincoln and her best friend, Taylee drive across country to the new home she purchased from the mysterious Brock Shaw.

Brock Shaw is attempting to win the competitive bull riding championship for the third time. The money and endorsements will secure his future and allow him to raise his young son with no financial worries. But even as he misses raising his son himself, the travel that keeps him from home and the adrenaline of the rides let him forget even if for just a short time the pain and guilt of his wife’s death.

From the moment they meet, even with the strong physical attraction, Brock and Lincoln do not know whether they even like each other. Lincoln cannot resist Brock’s son, Blayze and is willing to open her heart to Brock, too even as he runs hot and cold. Brock wants Lincoln, but he is going to have to let the pain and guilt of the past go to finally find what he needs.

This romance ticked off all the things I love about this genre. A book that I can sit down with and fall into the story and lives of all the characters immediately. Also, a strong, but wounded hero, add cowboy and single dad, to reel me in and a strong heroine who stands up to and takes no bull from this bull rider, but wants to heal his heart. The sex scenes are smokin’ hot, but not gratuitous. All the family and secondary characters were fully fleshed and add depth to this story. I am looking forward to seeing them in future books in this series.

I can highly recommend this second chance contemporary cowboy romance. I am looking forward to more books in this series and by this author.

Bull rider Brock Shaw is a widower with a 5 year old son, on the road he remains consumed by guilt for the death of his wife and the fact he , love is something he is sure he has closed his heart to, that is until he meets interior designer Lincoln Pratt. In need of a fresh start Lincoln, she has come to Hamilton, Montana to get away from the interference of her father, and make a go of her business on her own. The connection and attraction between them are instant, but Brock’s pain and guilt ensure that their road to a HEA is anything but smooth sailing.

I have to say that there were times that Brock was a real jerk, and needed a solid whack on the head, but luckily it didn’t ruin the book for me. There was also one instance where I frowned in serious annoyance - when Brock tells his friend Dirk, that he’ll have I do wish the ending had been teased out a little more, but can see myself picking this up from KU again or buying when on sale.

Brock’s family and Lincoln’s best-friend were good secondary characters. Brock’s son had me thinking ‘Aww, so cute’ so many times, at 5 years old he is adorable and quite the charmer.

I was looking forward to re-reading book 2 straight after, but it’s not out yet.

4.5 Montana cowboy stars!

This is my first Kelly Elliot book, and boy am I hooked! I love that this story had no crazy plot or tragedy, only a second chance romance for Brock, and his son. I absolutely love stories about single dads, and this one definitely didn’t disappoint. Bull riding, finding real love, and facing those dreaded guilt demons of the past. That’s a recipe for a good book! I can’t wait to continue in this series learning About each of these brothers!!

Small Town | Cowboy Romance

It's an incredible feeling to find a new book that sweeps you off your feet and steals your heart which is exactly what happened to me when reading Never Enough. Kelly Elliot is a new to me author, but I’ve had my eye on her novels for some time now. I heard from the grapevine that she writes swoony heroes and strong heroines and I tend to agree with the readers. These characters STOLE my heart. When I first started reading though Brock really got on my nerves because he was such a jerk to Lincoln. However, as we dove back into his past and saw what made him so jaded, I found it easy to forgive him. It’s nice to see growth and change with characters especially when they are dealing with something tragic and Kelly Elliot really redeemed him. I hope readers who are turned off by his actions in the beginning will give him a chance and read on as the rest of the story really makes up for her faults in the beginning.

That being said, I am really excited to see where Kelly takes the rest of the series. I’m hoping Kaylee and Ty have the next book (enemies-to-lovers) but will also be happy for a new couple that haven’t made an appearance yet too. There’s something about these sexy cowboys that hooks me, so I’ll truly be happy with whoever gets the next book. Guess I’ll have to do a little digging!

If you love single dad, cowboy/rodeo romances, small towns, and swoony heroes then you won’t want to miss this one. Thank you Montlake romance and the author for giving me a copy of this novel to read prior to publication. I have a feeling this that will be one of those series I will continue to devour as each book releases.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

▶ Small Town Feels (while this book didn’t SCREAM small town, there are certain little things like the gossip and rumors that TELL you you’re reading a small-town romance).

▶ Broody Alpha Heroes

▶ The cowboy/rodeo scene (I LOVE this so much! I don’t read enough cowboy romances but have been looking for something like it that I would fall HARD for and this one hit the mark).

▶ Strong, Independent Heroines (I say heroines because not only is the MC a strong and independent woman, but her best friend is as well).

▶ Single Dad Trope (Brock has a little boy who made me melt! He’s such a cutie and I love how he conspired with his uncle to make love happen for his daddy).

▶ Tightknit families (the story surrounds a family ranch that they all live on or around and you get to meet the people who raised Brock and his brothers. I love family being involved heavily in the story).

I’m sure this book would work for a lot of people - but there are some things that irk me when I’m reading and this story had a few of them.

It started off strong with the damaged single dad who never thought he’d fall in love again, the city girl looking for a fresh start, good side characters, a ton of backstory (maybe even too much) and all the small town vibes...

But then it also had instant attraction/soulmate vibes and everything happening way too quickly for my taste (literally days… not weeks or months). The book also talked about his wife way too much… and I understand that she was a huge part of his past and it helped explain why he reacted badly in a lot of situations, but I really didn’t like how he kept comparing Lincoln to her and saying how everything is so much better with Lincoln than it ever was with his wife. I didn’t like how Lincoln so conveniently had all the qualities that he found was lacking in his wife. It sounds good in theory, but it didn’t sit right with me.

Anyway, we also got a 80% breakup (that lasted two weeks… which was a longer amount of time than their original relationship) followed up by zero groveling on his end… and then to top it all off (I don’t care if this is even considered a spoiler because it’s a need to know) we get a 90% accidental pregnancy followed up by a quickie marriage.

The good thing is, is that I liked the writing style and really enjoyed the side characters and want to read their stories, so I still plan to continue on with the series even though this one didn’t specifically work for me.

OH-MY-LAWD.....this story, this book, WOW.....it was EVERYTHING!! I definitely needed to let this one settle but even then, words will never express how much I LOVED this story! In true Kelly fashion she gives us a book that will monopolize your days and nights because the story will consume you from beginning to end. I love when a book has me so immersed that I don't realize I've come to the end until I try to swipe to the next page but there are none left, that is how you know you've just read a 5-Star Masterpiece!

Bull Rider Brock loves riding bills more then anything else. Oh and his adorable son Brayze. Woman are out of the question. Then he meets lincoln. A sexy woman who lights a fire inside him he has never felt before. Not even Brayzes mother.

I read a lot of small-town romances, and while I will never get bored of a heroine starting fresh in a new town, it was nice to have Lincoln secure in her decision. She found her forever home in Hamilton, Montana and I loved that the conflict didn’t surround that.

Still living with the guilt that left him a single dad, Brock was an emotionally broken hero that struggles with putting life above his career. Brock being a professional bull rider, the adrenaline in this story is at an all-time high! I was completely enamoured by the high risks he takes while competing.

This was nearly a five star read. I loved how effortlessly Lincoln accepted Brock and his career. It’s definitely a very fiery connection between them! My main complaint is that their romance developed too quickly for me when considering the timeline, and the happily-ever-after given isn’t one I love to see. But overall, I enjoyed this one a lot.

Oh Brock!

I finally got around to reading Never Enough and boy was it good 😍
I love a second chance romance and this one hit the spot.

With Brock, a Bull riding single dad as the hero and Lincoln, a strong independent woman heroine… Never Enough was really enjoyable.

“You’ve set something inside me into motion, cowboy, and I want to see where this goes.”

“I’m so glad you moved to Montana, Lincoln. You’ve brought me back to life.”

**Synopsis:**
Brock has a goal….
~ “I hated that I was on the road and away from my son as much as I was, but I was trying to build our future. I only needed to bull ride, and win, for another year or two. I had plenty of money saved up, but if I could get at least one more championship under my belt, I would be guaranteed endorsements, and my son would always be taken care of.”

Lincoln has recently moved to small town Montana and is ready to build a life “on her own terms” (away from her controlling father). Her recent house purchase turns out to be the family home Brock was given as a wedding present from his parents. Since his wife died, he no longer wants the house.
~ “All his brother Ty told me was that there were memories the owner wanted to leave behind. So they broke the house and a small parcel of land around it off from their main ranch, and they’re selling it for him. He didn’t even want to be involved in the process.”

When these two finally do meet, their first run in is less than stellar. Brock accuses Lincoln of quizzing his son to get information on the child’s mother and Lincoln has these parting words for Brock….“You know the way off of my property. Don’t let the barn door hit your ass on the way out.”. And then this…. “Right before Lincoln walked into her house, she cast a glance over her shoulder once more. The look she gave me clearly said fuck off.

These two definitely have a rocky start.

** The following are my thoughts about this book: **

* * right off the bat I knew I was going to love the little five year old.
~ “He got himself a mouthful of Ivory soap last night when he told Rose Monroe to go suck it after the PTA meeting. Of course, he throws a w in the word suck and has to make it sound all cute.”

* * where’s a fan when I need one….
~ “There are only two things I love to ride that I get a thrill out of . . . and one of those two things, the rush is shared with someone else, and it has nothing to do with bulls.”

* * Brock’s “I don’t deserve you” attitude got a little old. I really didn’t get why he felt like that. Sure, he felt guilty, but the “I don’t deserve you” felt like a lazy, and overly used excuse.

* * the story was engaging and didn’t stall out. The support cast was good and well balanced. They added to the story but didn’t overwhelm the main couple. I’m interested enough to continue the series.

* * I think the rocky start added to the chemistry. You knew right away they were passionate people and would probably be combustible when they finally got together.
~ “I don’t know what crawled up that ass of yours and died, but I do not appreciate being spoken to that way. This is my property now, and you, sir, are not welcome on it if you’re going to be a cocksucker.”

* * Kaylee (the best friend) always had some good things to say 😉
~ “Dibs,” Kaylee said, looking back at me.
“What? Did you really just call dibs on this guy?”
“Yes, I really did.”

~ Have you seen him? I mean, holy bull-rider hotness. I’d let him tie a rope to me and hold on tight.”

**Quotes**
“Save a horse and ride a Montana cowboy.”

“I wouldn’t have pegged Brock Shaw as a spooner, but boy howdy, he had me tied up in his body like I imagined a cowboy would tie up a calf.”

“If you’re asking me if I know how to ride, I most certainly do. It’s been a while—a long while—but I’m positive I’m still good at it.”
I swallowed hard, trying not to notice how my dick was straining against my jeans again. “You’re talking about horses, right?”

“You’ve got a bun in the oven. You’re knocked up. There’s a bat in the cave. You’re in the family way. There’s a pea in the pod. You are preggo.”

That baby is a girl. Have you seen how sick she’s been?”
“So, the more morning sickness you have, it means it’s going to be a girl?” Ty asked.
“Yep!” Kaylee proudly declared.
Ty shook his head. “There you have it, Brock. Women are a pain in the ass, even in the womb.”

“Thank you.”
“For what?”
“For saving me from the darkness. You’re the light I didn’t even know I was searching for.”

3 ⭐⭐⭐ - OK decent reads.
=========================
First reading of the year was ok.
=========================

The man might be good looking, but he was acting like a first-rate asshole. He leaned in closer to me, and I sucked in a breath, hoping he didn’t notice. “Don’t ever ask my son about his mother again. Do you hear me?”

“Does your mama know you’ve got a dirty mouth on you?” Narrowing my eyes, I leaned forward some. “Does your mama know how you treat women?”

“You know the way off of my property. Don’t let the barn door hit your ass on the way out.”

He probably kissed women all the time when he was traveling from town to town. Hell, I was sure he did more than that.

Guilt ripped through my body. I had wanted to make love to Lincoln in that barn. In that room, without a condom. When Lincoln said she was on the pill, I realized in that very moment that I wanted her more than I had ever wanted my own wife.

4, Sweet Second Chance, Stars!!

“Ever since I first met you, you’ve been a beautiful dream that plays alongside a nightmare.”

Never Enough is the first book in the exciting new Meet Me in Montana Series by Kelly Elliott and follows the story of Lincoln & Brock. Brock lives and breathes bull riding. Not only is the power from riding the bull addictive, but it provides a much needed distraction from the guilt he lives with on a daily basis. Only being on the road takes its toll, especially for a single dad. His family wants him to settle down and be the father he needs to be, but in order to do that, Brock must be willing to let go of the past…Lincoln is a long ways from Atlanta and is hoping that Montana will provide her with the fresh start she so desperately needs. What she didn’t plan on was meeting Brock. At first sight, Brock was everything she could ever want, but then he had to go and open his mouth. He’s rude and abrasive and just an overall jerk. But, as Lincoln gets to know the Shaw Family, she’ll quickly see that there is more to Brock than meets the eye. He’s been through a lot and Lincoln terrifies him. Will Brock open his eyes and grab on to his second chance at love before it’s too late??? There’s only one way to find out….

Never Enough is a heartwarming and beautiful second chance romance. From the moment you meet Lincoln and Brock, you can just tell their story is going to be special. The push and pull between them is instant and consuming. Brock is broken and damaged and only bright light in his life is his son. Brock holds on to a lot of pain and guilt where his past involved and is doing the best that he can. His walls are sky high, but Lincoln might just be the one able to break down those walls. And speaking of Lincoln, Lincoln was such an amazing character. She loved big and with all of her heart. She was tough as nails and was just what Brock was missing from his life. Just being around Lincoln made Brock see what his life was missing. She brought him back to life without even trying. Together, these two were a match I just couldn’t help but root for. I loved watching them trying to figure things out and just couldn’t wait to see how their story would unfold.

Never Enough is well written and consuming. This book can easily be finished in a single sitting. I know I devoured it. This story is filled with so much heart and hits all the elements when it comes to small town romances. Never Enough truly is a sweet and addictive story. The characters will capture your heart and leave you screaming for more. Never Enough is the perfect start to the Meet Me in Montana Series and I for one can not wait to see where this series will go next!!

Wanting to start fresh, Lincoln moves to Hamilton, Montana and buys a house upon a ranch owned by the Shaw family. And that’s how she meets the previous owner—Brock Shaw. He’s full of bad attitude and cowboy sex appeal. And to top it off, he’s a world-famous bull rider. Brock and Lincoln completely get off on the wrong foot, but she’s absolutely smitten with his 5-year old son. And even though Brock has a dark past holding him back from giving his heart out again, he can’t help but be attracted to Lincoln. Before long, she’s tagging along to his competitions and he wants her by his side. But the lifestyle of being a bull rider isn’t for the faint of heart and Brock isn’t sure he’s willing to put Lincoln through heartbreak because he knows exactly how badly that can turn out...

Never Enough by Kelly Elliott is book 1 in the Meet Me in Montana series. I picked this up per a friend’s recommendation since we both love small town romances and I recently read another cowboy romance that I really enjoyed. Although bull riding isn’t my thing whatsoever, the setup of this story drew me in! Brock & Lincoln’s romance was cute, although it moved rather quick. I’m not huge on insta-love, so that’s something that turned me off a little. Still a fun read & I plan on continuing on in the series. 3.5/5 stars.

3 1/2 stars.

I have read many Kelly Elliott books, so when I saw that she had a new series with a bull rider, I was intrigued. Unfortunately, I got a hero I really couldn't connect with.

Brock is a bull rider. It's his passion. He's a single father to a 5 year old son named Blayze. He leaves his son in the care of his parents while he's on the road doing what he loves, and his parents need a break.

During this time, Lincoln Pratt buys Brock's old house, which happens to be on the Shaw's property, so she becomes friendly with the family. She doesn't meet Brock right away, and when she does, it doesn't go over well.

Brock was kind of a big dick throughout this book. He was so hot and cold, it made my head spin. He had a lot of guilt about his wife's death, which I understood, but at 27 years of age, I couldn't understand why he was so closed off to the possibility of love.

Lincoln wasn't really looking for love either. She was starting a new job, but she had an instant attraction to Brock, and she was smitten with Blayze right away. Blayze was adorable.

There was also a side plot with Lincoln's best friend, Kaylee, and Brock's brother Ty. I'm sure the next book will be all about them.

The worst part of the story, in my opinion, was the story of Brock and his wife, and his best friend Dirk, who was also a bull rider. The whole story line just made no sense, and I didn't care for it.

Overall, this book was pretty good but not great.

Never Enough (Meet Me in Montana Book 1) by: Kelly Elliott

I fell for Brock long before I learned all the backstory of tragedy that haunted him. Though not an easy character to get to know, there were red herrings sprinkled all over the place with a trail pointing to his past. Lincoln was more of an open book. Or so I thought. Little by little, Elliott took off the blinders and exposed the masquerade. It turns out there was more to Lincoln than she let on. Never Enough is a fresh start for two bruised souls, with a ton of baggage dogging their every step. Elliott has a gift for stirring up emotions. What happens when a beautiful lie exposes all the ugly drama underneath? An unforgettable romance. With in depth characters and a heartbreaker of a backstory, from start to finish, Never Enough wraps itself around your heart and refuses to let go.

Ooh! Sexy cowboy romance alert!

Brock is a single father who is trying to find a balance in his life between his son and his dangerous career of bull riding. He’s fighting some inner demons related to the relationship with his late wife. Lincoln just moved to Montana for a fresh start and to gain some independence from her overbearing family. Brock was hard to like in the beginning. I get he had a lot of guilt issues but he was so rude and disrespectful to Lincoln. Lincoln was open, honest, strong-willed, and quite forgiving. Brock redeemed himself with honesty and opening up.

I really enjoyed watching their romance build, their families input and Brock’s sweet son definitely was a charmer. Even though their connection happened quickly, it was done well. It was a quick read and I liked all the bantering. They definitely had a hot connection with some steamy scenes! I look forward to the series continuing, so many good characters were introduced. This was my first time reading a book by Kelly Elliot and I will definitely be looking for more!

Thank you to NetGalley and Montlake Romance for the opportunity to read this book.

5 "Championship" Stars!!

Never Enough had all the ingredients to be one of my favorite books for the year. I went into this book thinking it would be a fun read and finished it with a new favorite author to follow! I can't put my finger on any one thing that makes this book so special but it really struck a chord with me.

"I feel like I've known you forever, yet I don't know you at all."

Brock is a damaged, but still swoony bull rider and single dad with a five year old son who he is raising with the help of his parents. Lincoln is new to their small community. She's an interior decorator who bought a house and piece of land from Brock and his family that connects to the rest of their family's property. Initially, Brock and Lincoln clash but naturally that's just because they're attracted to each other. Eventually they will give into their attraction but that will just be the beginning of the challenges in their relationship. Brock has a lot of baggage he's dealing with and Lincoln can only be expected to be put off so much before she may choose to move on.

"Ever since I first met you, you've been a beautiful dream that plays alongside a nightmare."

Lincoln finds herself falling in love with not only Brock, but also his son, Blayze.. She worries that losing these pieces of her heart to these two will end up breaking her. Brock isn't used to having a woman in his life who can accept his bull riding career and is amazed that Lincoln supports it. He knows he loves her but is frightened by his feelings. Meanwhile, the rest of his family, their friends and most of the small Montana town they are living in watch their relationship bloom and grow. Most everyone is cheering for their happiness. They just have to work through Brock's issues so that he can fully invest himself in their relationship with no hesitation.

"You're the light I didn't even know I was searching for."

Thank you to NetGalley, Montlake Romance and Ms. Elliott for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

*I couldn't resist including a few quotes. I"m noting that they were pulled from an ARC which means they could potentially change by the time the final book is issued.*

Yay! My first full length read of 2020 was such a good one! It had so many aspects I love in a romance as well, small town, big family, and a sexy cowboy! Ooh and a independent strong women!

Lincoln moves to Hamilton, Montana to make it on her own without her dads help. She buys Brock’s old house and plans to redo and redecorate it and she is an interior designer. The house holds a lot of memories for Brock and h feels sort of resentful of this. Brock also has a young son and is a bull rider, both being things he truly loves.

This was such a cute romance and I loved the big family aspect to it and how Lincoln fell in love with more then just Brock. I can’t wait to read more by Kelly and I can’t wait for the next in the series as I know who it is about!

Solid 4⭐

I'm don't know anything about bull riding but the setup of story was cute, sweet and fun.

Lincoln was too perfect while Brock was too guilt driven. I loved the pace of the story, it doesn't rambled, straight to the point kinda plot but I think if it was written in a slower pace not an insta attraction, or the conflict they're facing has a bit more drama in it, it can be definitely be more than 5⭐

~ 5 Bull Riding Stars ~

What do you get when you have a single father who is sexy Bull Rider and a sassy heroine who is looking for a new start?? You get Never Enough, Kelly Elliott’s first book in her newest Meet Me In Montana series.

This book was liking going back to the beginning with Kelly’s books. We got a small town romance and Kelly’s famous cowboy Hero. Although I will admit I had trouble warming up to Brock at first. He isn’t like Kelly’s first set of cowboy Heroes. But once I did start to connect with Brock he truly stole my heart.

What I loved about this book was that even though we got what we have to expect from a Kelly Elliott book, she still made this book feel fresh and original. I think that has to do with the Bull Riding storyline. I don’t think I have read any other book about bull riding. I found that aspect truly refreshing. I also felt Kelly did an amazing job of researching this subject. She wrote it in such detail that I felt like I was in this world with all these characters.

Like I said this book is the first book in her newest series. It is a standalone novel that will have unconnected characters for the following books. It is told in Dual POV. I loved the pace and flow of the book. I think the pace she took Brock and Lincoln worked for them. Yes, they even make comments to this moving quickly but for some reason it all worked!!

In this story we follow the love story of Brock and Lincoln. Brock is a single father who is a professional Bull Rider. After suffering a tragic loss in his past, he has shut his heart off to anyone new and lives only to be the best bull rider and provide the best life for his 5 year old son Blayze. Lincoln is a single woman who has recently moved from Atlanta to Hamilton, Montana to start a new life. She was feeling suffocated by her dad back in Atlanta and she wanted to prove she could do it on her own. So when Brock and Lincoln first meet to say fireworks shot off is an understatement, but so did tempers. It was not a friendly first meeting. Can Lincoln get Brock to break the walls around his heart?? Can Brock move on from his guilt and open his heart up again to Lincoln?? Can these two get their HEA?? Read this book to find out the answers.

I loved the secondary characters just as much as the main characters in this story. Kaylee, Ty, Tanner, Stella and Ty Sr. And most of all Blayze!!! That 5 year old little boy truly stole my heart. I love when Kelly writes young kids into her stories. I look forward to the other books in this series. I think Kaylee and Ty will have an interesting story ;)

If you love a story with a broken, sexy, single dad who is a bull rider and a sassy heroine who is also down to earth and the perfect match for the Hero, then give Kelly’s new book a try. I think you will fall in love with this story just like I did.

3 1/2 Stars

A good book. Basically not my style—steamy romance. However, I liked the bull riding part.

It was an ok read. Didn’t hate it but didn’t love it. It is an instalove/lust story. These stories don’t normally bother me. In this story, I just wasn’t feeling the connection to the MCs as a reader. There was not a lot of angst at least I didn’t think so. Brock was an ok Hero and I liked Lincoln just a tad bit better. Blayze was a cutie.

SPOILERS BELOW!!!!!!

Brock’s wife died after giving birth and he feels a lot of regret and guilt because he put bull riding first and didn’t love her like he should have. He vows never to fall in love again. Didn’t feel like the h was second best because he does express that what he feels for the h is different than his wife.

H was not a manho but did have occasional hookups/ONS. Heroine was not a celibate virginal type but She does state it’s been awhile. Her last boyfriend cheated on her and she had other things going on such as trying to gain independence from her dad’s influence and moving to Montana.

If I am being honest I adored this book. This year I am a sucker for good small-town romances, and this one definitely owns a little from my heart.
Brock and Lincoln's chemistry is off the chart. Lincoln's personality is lovely, and Brock - my babe is so stubborn because of his past. He has a child, but there is no ow drama - his ex-wife is out of the picture. This story is about his second chance in his life.
This town is amazing. I love Brock's family, his brothers (Ty, Tanner - and his best friend is Dirk) - in the next books we can read 'bout them more.
Can't wait to know more about these guys!
4,5 stars to the moon and back ♥

2.5/5 - I never want to read the word fiddlesticks again. Also, the use of W when a child speaks to emphasise vowels is torture. The dialogue was cringe worth at times.

I almost made this a DNF but I felt like I needed to know more about what tortured Brock so much. Now that I know, I wont finish the series.

Never Enough is the great start to a new series by Kelly Elliott!! Brock is a single dad who is a bull rider. Lincoln moves from a big city to the tiny town in Montana. When she buys his house the chemistry between them can’t be denied. He can be a jerk though. And will he open up again after losing his wife?

As with all of Kelly’s stories, I loved Never Enough. She always pulls me in and makes me fall in love with everything about her stories. The story, the characters, the setting. I loved it all.

Another job well done!
