This is a creative and explorative workshop integrating therapeutic art making with guided mindfulness practices. Through mindfulness, we can reunite our body and mind at the present moment. When our body and mind become one, we could listen deeply to our feelings and find ways to take good care of it. Through art, we could express ourselves freely in a creative way.
