REVOKED (March 29, 2021) Notice of Public Counter Services (Update: October 29, 2020)Court of Appeal for Ontario Intake Office, Records Office and Judges' Reception Counter Services Effective March 23, 2020 and until further notice, public counter services will be closed. All members of the public should avoid non-essential visits to the courthouse. All filings can be mailed, sent via email to coa.e-file@ontario.ca, or if neither option is possible, dropped off inside the public lobby of the Intake Office.
