Ball Hockey Tournament will take place at South Huron District High School on May 5th. We will send out play times closer to the date.

*Please note, we have changed the age categories a bit to make sure younger players are represented and are playing with age appropriate peers.

Please note that this does not confirm your place in the tournament, this is solely for interest purposes. Once you have submitted this form, the Team Captain will receive all necessary documents in their provided email address. Please bring these documents, along with the $45.00 registration fee, to the office at SHDHS with the attention of Stacey Park.
