(Theater Spring 2020) -

Production Team Lighting Design

Greater Capital Region Teacher Center and Proctors have partnered to build a workshop for directors and producers to work with their student technical teams under the guidance of a professional lighting designer. Following an overview of lighting practices, Proctors professionals will work with you and your students to interpret scenes and design lighting that appropriately conveys the moods and messages intended. Teacher and student teams will create lighting plots to take back to their schools to implement for their upcoming productions. This workshop is intended for secondary theater teachers and/or drama club advisors and their middle-school or high-school students.
