The aim of this survey is to build a referral system of healthcare providers in Lebanon whom we trust and who are sensitive to the reproductive and sexual health and rights of women, gender non-conforming and trans* folk.

Your responses will remain anonymous and confidential. In fact we never require your name or contact details, we only need the name and contact details of doctors you've seen for issues related to sexuality.

Healthcare should be available and accessible to all at very low or no cost, but this is not the case in Lebanon. We feel this survey can extend the benefits of the fees you or others have paid to your doctors, to and guide others to qualified and sensitive providers.

Once we have collected enough data, those calling our Sexuality Hotline for referrals, can get a big number of recommended healthcare providers based on the experience of clients, from all over Lebanon.

TIP:

It would make filling the survey much easier and faster if you pull out the names and phone numbers of doctors you have seen ahead of time.
