Today I would like to share with you some insights into my other passion besides marketing. The passion that accompanies me in my free time and always gives me countless wow moments and fuels my batteries.
The eternal ice
That one moment finally came, the one moment I had been dreaming of for so long. The one moment when you realize that you are just a small, temporary visitor to Mother Nature. That moment that leaves you speechless, almost frozen in awe. That moment when it seems that the world stands still and only the sounds of natural movement are perceived. This moment that may soon be history again as soon as it gets warmer, and the eternal ice turns back into water piece by piece. The eternal ice that may be shattered by the next rockfall, the eternal ice that unfortunately is no longer eternal but is slowly and surely becoming finite.
Ever since my very first visit to an ice cave, I have had the inner urge to see something so fantastic with my own eyes again as soon as possible, to feel the power of millions of years of ice before our current climatic conditions make these impressive and unique formations disappear again.
This time we didn't "just" come across one of these natural phenomena, but unexpectedly discovered 4 different entrances to a world before our time. But how much longer will they be accessible? The first signs of an imminent departure are visible, close observation and listening are essential! We had luck and the weather (or the cold) on our side and were able to experience this natural spectacle once again.
Join me on this journey into the interior of a glacier and enjoy the moment of silence. I'm really grateful for another day of experiencing natural wonders. 🙏
