Thank you so, so much for helping make this year's gala a success! So many of you came out to show your support, meet our students, and say hello to our new pastor. And still more of you sponsored the event, bought student tickets, and did whatever you could to help us out even though you couldn't even come to the event yourselves.
We are so grateful for all of you. You always show up for us and love us so well. We could not ask for better partners in ministry than all of you!

So, you might be wondering... how much DID we raise that night, anyway?

Well, that is an excellent question! It's actually one that I had hoped to answer sooner, so thank you for being patient. I wanted to give you the most accurate number I could while also showing you some great pictures from the night.
Many things this year have not gone the way we thought they would. Sometimes, that has been pretty frustrating. But we persevere and we push through because we believe that this ministry matters. I believe that everything I have done this year was worth every bit of effort. At the gala, I was reminded that you have been encouraging and supporting me all along the way. Thank you so much for that, dear friends!
And now, without further ado, I am very happy to announce our total amount raised for this year's gala! Before expenses and including one very, very generous anonymous donation...

I am thrilled to announce that at this year's gala, we raised $78,490 for campus ministry in the Brazos Valley!!!
|

|
With 80 fewer guests than last year, we still raised almost $80,000! Beyond that, we actually saved so much money by switching venues to the Hilton that this year's net amount raised is actually HIGHER than last year's!
That's right, friends... with 80 fewer attendees, a smaller auction, AND no pastor in place, together we made this year's gala our biggest and most successful EVER!
I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by all of you and how good you are to this ministry. Your partnership with Treehouse makes literally all of the difference, and your passion for this ministry fuels what is best about Treehouse.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! There is so much good ministry yet to be done here... we can't wait to get started!
