Congratulations to our Graduate of the Month for April, Joy Becker of Mosaic. This girl has only been working on her iBL Reliability Engineering curriculum since November of 2017. This program usually takes 12 months to complete. She completed her program with flying colors in 5 months. WAY TO GO JOY!!!!
Joy started with The Mosaic Company in May 2017 as the Mine Reliability Engineer and is still in that current position. As the Mine Reliability Engineer, she is working towards improving maintenance strategies and reliability of the assets underground.
"The iBL training was great both in and out of the classroom. The course outlined the steps and skills involved for me to identify deficiencies and improve the company’s assets’ maintenance strategies. These skills will be very beneficial for me to aid in the continuous improvement of the assets underground."
