WASHINGTON (SBG) - President Donald Trump was in Orlando, Florida Tuesday night to officially launch his 2020 re-election campaign.

After reviewing what his administration has done in the first two-and-a-half years and attacking his political enemies, Trump officially unveiled his 2020 campaign under the slogan, "Keep America Great."

"We’re going to keep it better than ever before. And that is why tonight I stand before you to officially launch my campaign for a second term as President of the United States," Trump said to thousands of cheering supporters.

Trump began his speech recalling the launch of his first White House bid four years ago this week. Trump touted his first campaign as "a great political movement" and his election in 2016 as "a defining moment in American history."

He called on his supporters to turn out again in 2020, saying, "The only thing these corrupt politicians will understand is an earthquake at the ballot box...and they're going to see it."

"We did it once and now we will do it again and this time we're going to finish the job," Trump promised.

The crowd joined in various chants in support of Trump's policies, including applauding his immigration plans and promised construction of hundreds of miles of wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. There were several outbursts of "four more years." The president's supporters also returned to themes from the 2016 campaign and responded to the mention of former Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton with shoots of "lock her up!"

Trump touted the performance of the economy, record-low U.S. unemployment, his removal of regulations as well as trade deals with Mexico, Canada and China that have yet to be implemented.

The president railed against Democrats, the press and the two-year special counsel investigation into his alleged ties to Russia.

Focusing on the Mueller report on Russia, Trump argued that investigators spied on his campaign and his political opponents "tried to erase your vote."

Describing 2020 in stark terms, Trump argued, "This election is not merely a verdict on the amazing progress we've made, it's a verdict on the un-American conduct of those who tried to undermine our great democracy and undermine you."

Crowds began to form outside the Amway Center hours before Trump's arrival. The arena holds 20,000 seats but in a tweet Monday, President Trump claimed they received more than 100,000 requests.

"Big Rally tomorrow night in Orlando, Florida, looks to be setting records. We are building large movie screens outside to take care of everybody. Over 100,000 requests. Our Country is doing great, far beyond what the haters & losers thought possible - and it will only get better, Trump tweeted."

There were some concerns about the size of the crowd and potential conflicts between Trump supporters and those protesting the president at the rally.

Law enforcement stated they are concerned about the appearance of the Baby Trump balloon flown by protesters at tonight's rally. More specifically that protesters might attempt to shoot it down.

Later Monday evening, the president threatened to removed millions of people who are living in the United States illegally as early as next week.

"Next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States. They will be removed as fast as they come in. Mexico, using their strong immigration laws, is doing a very good job of stopping people long before they get to our Southern Border," Trump tweeted." Guatemala is getting ready to sign a Safe-Third Agreement. The only ones who won't do anything are the Democrats in Congress. They must vote to get rid of the loopholes, and fix asylum! If so, Border Crisis will end quickly!"

An official from the Trump administration stated that they would focus on nearly 1 million people who have been issued final deportation notices. Immigration was a central theme of President Trump's campaign back in 2016 and will likely be a talking point Tuesday evening rally.

Trump ran in 2016 as a Washington outsider and businessman and it appears that he will frame himself in a similar way for the 2020 race. His campaign released a video this week for the campaign launch.

"We're taking on the failed political establishment and restoring government of, by and for the people," Trump said. "It's the people, you're the people, you won the election."

"He's still not viewed as a politician," said Jason Miller, Trump's 2016 senior communications adviser in an interview with The Associated Press. "Voters don't define him by the party label, they define him by his policies and his message of shaking up the status quo in Washington. That's the biggest reason he was able to win blue states in 2016."

Last week, internal polling from the campaign was leaked to the news media. It showed Trump behind Biden in several key states, but Trump refuted the numbers on social media.

"The Fake (Corrupt) News Media said they had a leak into polling done by my campaign which, by the way and despite the phony and never ending Witch Hunt, are the best numbers WE have ever had. They reported Fake numbers that they made up & don't even exist. WE WILL WIN AGAIN," Trump tweeted.

Tuesday afternoon the Orlando Sentinel newspaper announced it will not endorse President Trump, according to The Associated Press. In an editorial piece, the paper stated th reason for their endorsement: "because there's no point pretending we would ever recommend that readers vote for Trump." The paper added "the chaos, the division, the schoolyard insults, the self-aggrandizement, the corruption, and especially the lies."

First lady Melania Trump, as well as Vice President Mike Pence and second lady Karen Pence, will join the president at the rally this evening.
