Over the weekend, we were deeply saddened to learn about the tragic bus accident that claimed the lives of 10 people and left 25 others injured in our neighbourhood. We wanted to share our heartfelt condolences, to all of those involved and impacted. We would like to make a special acknowledgement, to the first responders and the emergencies services for the tireless work in an incredibly challenging situation. Tragedies, like this event, have long term ripple effects and cut closer to home in regional communities, like Cessnock and Singleton because we live in close knit community and we know each other, or we will know of you through a friend of a friend etc. you get the general picture because the Hunter is a community, where we choose to live, work and play. We also know that our community and those that live here, are a supportive bunch and will rally around those that have been directly impacted by this tragedy over the days, weeks, and years to come to get through this difficult time now and in the future.
