Bid Description:
The State of Vermont, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) is a statewide direct service
organization within the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) in the
Agency of Human Services (AHS), jointly hereafter “State.” VR provides a wide range of
employment-related services for people with significant disabilities. DVR is seeking a Contractor to
be the Coordinator for the GCEPD. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are seeking
home-based self-employment. The GCEPD Coordinator must be a well-organized and self-directed
individual, with strong leadership skills and the expertise to organize a large committee with a diverse
