Hello all,

I recently started having a problem when trying to log into the Online Game. When logging in, it either is authenticating forever, or gives me an error message saying to download a new refresher for the game by downloading the installer again and reinstalling.

When trying to run the Installer, I get an error message on my computer saying:

"Could not access network location
Property. USER_PROFILE."

I'm computer illiterate and have no idea how to get round this. Oddly, I get the same message when trying to uninstall the programme I already have on my machine. This is only affecting the TCGO programme and nothing else I want to install/uninstall.

Any help?

I did file a support question on the Pokemon website, but haven't had a response.

I found that when I have any major problem I just unplug my internet for about 20 seconds and then plug back in, open up the program again. and it works fine. Also this new update requires you to download the newest installer off the website, but keep your game still installed, and open up the new one as if you didn't install it yet.

I got it working. Just went to repair, and uninstalled it that way, then re installed it. Works fine now.

I found the best way to fix it. Just folow these steps:-
1. Just find your old installer from which you installed earlier.
2. Run it, then choose Remove.
3. Bingo! It will be uninstalled and you can install now from new installer.

Another good way to do it is this:
1. Go to your Control panel and chose to delete programs.
2. When in there find the game
3. Right-click on it and chose "change".
4. Then chose to remove the game. It will delete everything right away.
