COMMISSION ACTION REQUESTED:

Consideration of whether a certain portion of Garland Mountain Way, which may also be known as Garland Mountain Road or Garland Mountain Trail, between the end of county maintenance point on Garland Mountain Way to the end of county maintenance point of Collins Place, meets necessary criteria to initiate abandonment of said portion and to initiate appropriate procedures for notice, advertisement and public hearing under O.C.G.A. § 32-7-2.

FACTS AND ISSUES:

This road and Revis Road has not been open to public for at least two decades.
