Abstract:- The present paper explores a disorder which is zone shifts to the west and 24 hour cycle continues .So if take

disorder. It is very important to know about the prevention
and educate the public regarding the same, especially as
Nurses we travel a long way for our job, so knowing the tips
,can help each one of us to prevent Jet lag disorder.
