I’ve been writing since my early twenties, but I couldn’t seem to finish a book. I’ve started self-publishing with the encouragement from my mom. Without her encouragement, I don’t think I would’ve done it. She always supported me and writing is something I’ve always enjoyed doing. As long as I enjoy it, I’ll continue to do it. I’ve learned already that I can’t please everyone. Not all reviews will be good, not all reviews will be bad. I’m the one that has to be happy with my work.
I get my inspiration from life experiences, movies, television, other authors, and music. Music is definitely a big influence on my writing. I can hear a song and it can inspire an entire book for me. I listen to it while I’m driving or before I start writing and it keeps me inspired. I like to put music in my books, even if it’s just one song the characters listen to or hear at some point. Sometimes music has gotten me through the really tough times in my life and that’s why it inspires me.
I like to write fast-paced, steamy romance reads. I like for my males to be alpha-males and my heroines to be strong, but both need to have one weakness- each other. I am an avid reader. I absolutely love romance books!

Wow... what an adventure... Warren and Mackenzie rocky road to a relationship sure had a lot of twists and turns. J.L Leslie always has lots of surprises in store you is. Excellent reading. Looking forward to Reid’s downfall!!!

This is another great read from J.L.Leslie. There were twists and turns I did not see coming. The attraction between Mackenzie and Warren they try to fight or not. Is amazing. I could almost feel it coming from the pages. Can’t wait for the next one.

This is book 2 in the LA Sinners series! You should probably read book one or you might be a bit confused at some of the references!
This book is sooooo darn good.
I loved every single word.
What do you do when your falling in love with someone you’re not supposed to?!
Someone who could potentially ruin it all for you... well you’re going to have to read this hot, steamy, has some reallllllyyyyy good plot twists that kept me turning the page so fast wanting to know what happened next.
There were some really good pure, raw, rip your heart out scenes!!!!

This book was everything and more of what I expected. JL Leslie brought it with Warren and Mackenzie’s story in the second book of the Sinners MC. It was sexy and hot, a bit of kink to it, with some violence between the gangs. But that’s what brought the book to life. The war between the clubs was a constant fight. Who was back stabbing you and who was your friend. There was also a love story here that continued throughout till the end that gave you the butterflies. I absolutely loved this book as I knew I would. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The author did an outstanding job on this book. ❤️❤️

Oh man, this was one excellent, twisted story and I loved every word of it!!
Mackenzie is the VP of Hell’s Fury, an all women’s MC that is out for revenge on the club that took important people from them even though the hit was made by a different leader. But after one night with one of the members she can’t shake him nor does she want too. As lines are crossed, trust broken and bodies piling up something just isn’t adding up.
We first meet Mackenzie and Warren in The Sinner Within (L.A. Sinners MC #1) and now get their stories alone with seeing characters from book 1. I can’t wait to read The Sinner Redeemed next. 🖤🖤

I loved the chemistry between Warren and MacKenzie. They are two humans who thrive on each other and are explosive together. Their need for each other even though they would not admit it at first was what made me like this couple. I love when she says " I want us to be proud of what we do and how we do it." This is what makes Mac a great leader for her club. With Warren at he side she will be amazing. Warren is still a mystery but with Mac by his side he will also be a great leader for the Sinners. I am looking forward to them finding Phoenix and what is ahead for the Sinners and Hells Fury.

Another fantastic addition to the series. This book was explosive from the beginning through to the end. I literally couldn't put it down until it was finished.
The story was very well written, with great dynamics. The plot twists kept me on the edge of my seat ask the way through.
I do feel you need to read the first book before you start this one, just so to can understand all the references used.

Oh lawd have mercy. J.L. Leslie has went above and beyond with The Sinner Unleashed. I'm not sure if she'll be able to top it. We'll have to wait and see.

This book will not be for everyone. This book is not "safe". This book is darker than what this author usually writes, I loved ever minute of it.

This book is is dark and gritty, and I loved it. Warren is new to the sinners, he used to belong to another group and was a higher member now he’s starting over and it’s hard for him. Mackenzie belongs to a women’s biker group and the two groups are at odds, but Warren and Mackenzie have a fiery explosive chemistry. I love Warren and Mackenzies chemistry and the odd way they come together and the twists. Just can’t wait for the next installment

Holy crap!!! This book was amazing. I am in love with Warren. He is my favorite of all of J.L. Leslie's men. The attraction that's arcs between Warren and Mackenzie is off the charts. But can two stubborn people with different goals truly come together and learn how to cooperate. Will these two given in and find their happy ever after?

Wow, this was a well written book that just flowed so well throughout. The characters were dynamic and charismatic making you wish they were either your friends or more. Like all good books it left you wanting more just as the first book did. I’m happy to see that the females in the book are equally to the males and even take them on at their own game. Loved this read! Warren and Mackenzie made it sooooo good! These two, the fighting, arguing, the passion and the quick comebacks just made the book. Had me guessing throughout the book, had me thinking about what was going to be the next twist or turn. Can't wait for more of these boys!

Warren and Mackenzie were sizzling with tension. There were so many twists and turns in their story. A long road for their relationship and for Warren with the LA Sinners after being Vice President of another mc. I loved reading about this couple and can't wait for the next book.

The Sinners MC are back with a vengeance in the second book in this series, The Sinner Unleashed. It’s dark, it’s raw and gritty, jam packed with death and destruction, and I loved it. Although this focuses on a different couple, and whilst not strictly necessary, as it’s part of an interconnected series I believe you’ll be better invested in the story if you read book one, The Sinner Within, beforehand.
There’s a lot of bad blood between The Sinners and all female club Hell’s Fury. What appears to start out as rival clubs hell-bent on exacting revenge on the other, soon turns into a hunt for a killer when members from each club turn up dead, murdered in the foulest way. There’s denials from both sides and a lot of finger pointing when it comes to who they believe is responsible, but the suspenseful plot certainly keeps us on our toes. I changed my mind several times when it came to who I thought was the perpetrator.
Alongside all the madness and mayhem, there’s an undeniable attraction between Warren and Mackenzie, which oh boy is scorching hot. I couldn’t wait to see how that was going to work out, especially as both of them were so loyal and dedicated to their own, rival, clubs. Both are stubborn and determined to get their own way, but need to find a compromise if their relationship is to become anything more than just a release of sexual tension. In this respect, they can’t get enough of each other.
Warren is the the epitome of the big, strong, filthy talking biker who, despite being hugely attracted to Mackenzie is determined not to let her get her own way. There’s passion between them but there’s also some really witty banter and funny comebacks, mainly courtesy of Mackenzie. Her frustration and annoyance with herself over her attraction to Warren genuinely had me laughing out loud.
“Christ almighty, am I a f#@£&ng sex addict now? When did I become dicknotized?”
I enjoyed Warren and Mackenzie’s story enormously but it’s not for the faint of heart. There are possible triggers galore and if you need warnings then this may not be the book for you. If, however, like me you like a trip to the MC dark side when it comes to fiction, then I can highly recommend The Sinner Unleashed.

Warren is ruthless, rough around the edges, and all sin. His heart literally beats for one woman. He doesn’t need the distraction of a relationship and he sure as hell doesn’t need to deal with the complication of having a woman from a rival MC. He’s had her once and that wasn’t enough. She wrecked him for every other woman. No matter how many times another woman warmed his bed, fulfilling his every desire, his body belonged to her.
Mackenzie is pure fire. She knows the game and plays it well. Loyalty and honor are what matters. You don’t betray your Sisters or your Club. There’s a price to pay and it’s too high to test the waters. Feelings have no place when a war is brewing. The man that she gives herself to, only scratches the surface of her need. Only one man ignites the flame that sends her to that place that makes her forget reality. If only he weren’t the enemy.
The Good: This book was a solid, well written story that held me captive from the beginning. Great characters, suspenseful plot, and a dramatic, heart pounding ending.
The Bad: I couldn’t find anything bad about this book
The Ugly: MC business can be ugly sometimes. War is bloody, the cost is high, and lives are lost.
MC is one of my favorite tropes, so I’m very picky when it comes to these stories. On a recommendation, I decided to read this book and I fell in love with Warren and Mackenzie. Their chemistry was addictive and obsessive. Their bodies spoke without words and their scenes were explosive. The drama and suspense were enthralling and I didn’t want this story to end. I felt several emotions while reading this story and it’s one of the things I look for. Raw passion, drama, fear of the unknown, not knowing who you can trust, and heart racing twists made this a very exciting read. This was my first time reading J. L. Leslie and I’m thoroughly impressed. I can’t wait to read more of this series. A 5 Star Read!

The Sinner Unleashed by JL Leslie is a powerful, exciting story that was filled with so much drama, violence, betrayals, murder and most importantly plenty of steam and passion. Warren who was VP of the Rykers MC until the L.A. Sinners wiped them out is now a fully patched member of the L.A. Sinners MC . Enters Mackenzie VP of the Hell's Fury MC after a night together neither one can forget the passion they shared but are now thrown together due to the clubs having to work with each other. Warren and Mackenzie are at war with each other dealing with mistrust, violence and betrayals. Now they begin a hate love relationship that will place both of them in danger. The chemistry between them is explosive and neither one can seem to stay away from each other as they will soon learn that they are meant to be together even though they are both loyal to their clubs. With all of the shady deals being made by others, the alliance with the Hell's Fury is not what it seems. When members from both clubs are turning up murdered, each club is blaming each other. The L.A. Sinners will soon find out how deep the deciption to take down their club really is and who is behind it all. When an innocent is taken and injured, Mackenszie learns the truth about what her President has stirred up . When revenge has been dealt with, Warren and Mackenzie stand together after the chaos Hell's Fury started until changes and new alliances are made to insure they will fight together with a war that is on it's way. This was an amazing love story between Warren and Mackenzie who fight for love and their clubs. With so many twists and turns your emotions will be all over the place, this is a must read! I got this book as a ARC for an honest review
OMG I Loved this book!
Ohh my gosh this story of Mackenzie and Warren was sooo off and on but I loved it .. the book was so full of action They are each apart of rival MC’s and they are fighting with each other Warren and Mackenzie hide all kinds of information from each other but they each already know the secrets. Mackenzie in a relationship with another man but she is really only interested in Warren. they couldn’t even stand each other in he beginning, but had electric chemistry lighting bolts and everything They do almost kill each other trying to find there way to each other , there are alot of things that happen in this story which involves many other club members and rival MCs and I'm hoping there is going to be another book I cant wait for it I was sitting there waiting on the seat of my pants with this book I couldn't put it down .. I had to at work but I snuck in some reading time lol .. the story flowed very nicely together and there wasnt any skipping around, I would definitely recommend this book to my friends and family who love to read .

This is the first book that I have read in this series. I had a small feeling reading this one that you have to read the first one before reading this one. But none the less this book was full of intense suspense, twists, turns and shocking moments. There are two MC's . The guys and the girls. The girls are pissed at the guys and are getting revenge against them. But they are doing it in a very bad way. I did have a hard time with how they were getting revenge. This is quite the book with quite the storyline. I have to say J.L did an amazing job writing this one. I enjoyed Warren and Mackenzie. These two together have quite the chemistry once they get away from each other's MC's. I enjoyed reading their story and how things went down between them. I am hoping for more from this series and I will be going back and reading the first one. Another great enjoyable intense book from J.L.

JL really brought it with this book. I thought the first book was amazing, but this one, OMG. Im a huge MC reader and this one kept me turning page after page.
I instantly fell in love with these two and JL's writing is so refreshing and real. I'm thrilled to have found her books. I typically read a book a day and when I found her books, I read them all. As fast as I could and when I find out she has a new release coming, I hurry thru what I am reading so I can get it straight away.
The chemistry between Warren and Mackenzie is evident in the first book and I am so happy they got their own book. There's heat, passion, betrayal and everything else you come to expect from a MC book. If you haven't picked up a JL book, I suggest you give it a go with this series. You will not be disappointed!

This book is the story of Mackenzie and Warren. It’s full of action and a bit angsty. They both are part of rival MC’s and hide information from each other. She is in a relationship with someone else, but is interested in him. They almost kill each other in the process of finding their own place with each other. In the beginning they couldn’t even stand each other, but had great chemistry. Many things happen in this story which involve many other club members and hints at other books in this series to interlace and give some closure to their stories. In the end, it seems Mackenzie snd Warren do get their HEA.

Warren and Mackenzie, this story had me guessing till the end. Talk about action packed, twists and turns. If you like stories that keep you on the edge of your seat wondering who did it, then this is the story for you. When bodies keep turning up from both clubs is it revenge? Both of them were so loyal to their clubs, you didn’t know which way the story was going to go. Even though you can read this book as a stand-alone I suggest you read book 1 first to get a back ground as I hadn’t read book 1 and was a little lost with some of the references, but it didn’t take away from the story, just my suggestion.

This is book 2 in The Sinners Series
I loved this book from the beginning. This is Warren and Mackenzie's story. What do you do when your in rival clubs, you stay as far away from each other as humanly possible. The lust these two have at the start in book one now rolls into book two. I love the banter they have. I have loved these two characters from the start. This book gets you gripped from the beginning. Its got twists and turns you dont see coming. It has plenty to offer, with all the different emotions you will feel while reading. I think this MC series is the best I've ever read .

Its got twists and turns you dont see coming. It has plenty to offer, with all the different emotions you will feel while reading. I think this MC series is the best I've ever read .

I am not a fan of MC clubs and I usually do not really care for the books, HOWEVER, J.L. Leslie has a way of suckering me into their stories. I can't stand how they treat the women and how degrading they can be to them, but the action and the story line totally pull you in! I read it in one sitting. In book 2 the Sinners and Hell's Fury aren't quite done with each other. Warren and Mackenzie take the whole enemies to lovers drama to a whole new level! Whew! The steam was rolling off the pages! Now I need book 3 to come out so I can know what happened to *%&^$ and how they are going to get their stuff back!

This hot, steamy and sexy MC Romance by J.L. Leslie is a book you want to get your hands on! This author is new to me, but I’m so very glad I read this book, and I will definitely be grabbing more of her stories to get lost in.

While I loved this series, I’m feeling bitter-sweet about this one. It was a wonderful story which goes along with the series; yet, I felt something was missing or the ending was rushed. Don’t get me wrong, the story is great. The characters belong together and classically fight it as they should. Along with the romance, I love the action and inner workings of the motorcycle club. To understand the book, you must read the first one!
