Steps To Get Appointment Of Residency Affairs Immigration Office

Step 1 - Visit https://www.moi.gov.kw/main/   and click on english on left top

Step 2 - Click on Appointments and Click Residency Affairs or directly visit the link below

Step 3 - Enter your Civil id no and click Start Your Choice , then a form will be opened where you need enter data

Select Category - You cna select Individual if you are doing for dependents or you can select organization if its for company

Service User - Expat

Applications -  Select Residency sector, there is one mor eoption available Residency Investigation sector 

Service Type - Residency Process there is one more option available Government Residency article 17 - Embassies

Governorate - Select Your Governorate

Service location - Your governorate location default it will come

and click enter data , 

Step 4 - Once you enter data available appointment shcedule will be opened, eneter your full name , mobile no  and email id , click on your required available date and time and click on reservation, system will ask you whether you want to submit form or not , just click on submit

Step 5 - System will generate reservation receipt , you need keep the receipt safe , you can print or save as pdf  or just take a photo you can show the same if they ask you at office

 

Things to be noted 

• Please be at the premises of Residence Affairs Dep - Hawally as per the time set for your appointment.
• Make sure you have an electronic or hard copy of this receipt.
• Note that if you miss attending your appointed date and time, you should book a visit for another day.
• At the time of the visit, please follow the health guideance issued by the Ministry of Health, and accordingly we would like you to wear mask.
