Gwyneth Paltrow uses a ton of Goop products—which shouldn't come as a surprise considering, well, it's her company. But in this episode of Go To Bed With Me, the actress-turned-wellness mogul walks us through exactly how she keeps her skin looking glowier than a quartz crystal.

"So right before I did my dry brushing routine, you can actually do this before or after the shower, I like to do it before," she says. "It does the job of exfoliation and improving circulation." In the shower, she uses her line's new salt scalp scrub (say that five times fast), which helps remove product build up and cleanses hair without over-drying. Then she uses the Goop salt scrub, which polishes and buffs skin but has rich oils to hydrate at the same time.

First up: the Exfoliating Instant Facial, a scrubby acid-based mask. "This is, to me, is like a professional facial in a jar," she says. "On the jar it says to use it three times a week but I use it every night." Paltrow leaves it on until it starts to tingle (in a good way thanks to the acids), then rinses it off with warm water and a cotton washcloth for supercharged exfoliation.

"At nighttime I always love to use Vitner's Daughter. I love it, my skin tends to be on the drier side," she notes before tapping the cult-favorite serum into her skin. "It's not only an oil-based serum. April, the woman who makes it, says it's full of all sorts of fantastic things—it really heals skin."

For eye cream, Paltrow reaches for a formula from Dr. Barbara Sturm. "In the summer I tend to use less night cream, because we are on the East coast and it has a nice humidity in the air," she says. "But if I'm in California or in the wintertime, I use a nice night cream." So in an effort to "keep it simple," Paltrow ends her routine with a little lip balm from New York brand Love + Sage.
