CORONOVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE
 

Dear Customers,

At the Wine Cellar, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. With the coronavirus (COVID-19) having an increased impact on our communities, we want to reassure you of the additional steps we are taking across our stores and business so everyone feels safe coming to The Wine Cellar.

INCREASED SANITATION

Our stores are cleaned and sanitized daily as part of our normal course of business. As the coronavirus has started spreading, we’ve increased the regularity and degree of those cleanings, in addition to adding resources like hand sanitizer at our stores for both customers and employees. We’re also ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay home if they aren’t feeling well. All of these practices and our business decisions are informed by guidance from the CDC and WHO, along with guidance from local, U.S. government and public health agencies.

SAFE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

It’s always our goal to provide you with a casual environment to shop for premium quality handcrafted wine at an unbelievable value. As a precaution, we've implemented additional measures (outlined below):

- Postponed Samplings: We are temporarily stopping daily in-store samplings. Our larger, community-wide, sampling events (i.e. Spring Samplings) will also be postponed until further notice. 

- Reduced Hours: We are open, but operating at reduced hours. Visit our website for your store's hours.

- Cubside Pickup: Now available: shop our Cellar Collection online! Visit https://shop.thewinecellargroup.com/ to place a pickup order and we'll have it ready in 3 hours or less. 

- Delivery: Order a $99 Mystery Case online & have it shipped to you, click here.

-In-store Shopping: Limited customer capacity (varies by location). We ask that you request help from a sales associate if you would like a bottle from our shelf. In addition, please...

          - browse as quickly as possible

          - observe social distancing (6ft away)

          - apply hand sanitizer at entry

          - wear a face mask while inside store

          - exit the store in a timely manner
