Payload Mode introduces new heavy weapons, a helicopter, recall system, Super Weapon Crates, and Vehicle Repair Packs to the game. The newly-added weapons include RPG-7, M79 Grenade Launcher, M3E1-A, MGL Grenade Launcher, and M134 Minigun. In this game mode, players can revive their squad mates by collecting their ID cards and taking them to the Communication Tower. Players can also fly helicopters and collect Payload Mode weapons, air drop weapons, level 3 armor, and more with Super Weapon Crates. Along with these, players can fix vehicles using Vehicle Repair Pack and call in air strikes to attack multiple enemies.

Payload Mode has been available in the beta versions for a while now. The new game mode will be a part of the arcade mode and feature a small area on the Erangel map.

Along with the Payload Mode, the 0.15.0 update of PUBG Mobile introduces a new weapon, the Desert Eagle, and a new vehicle named BRDM-2. The Desert Eagle has the highest damage and muzzle velocity among all the pistols. The weapon can be attached with Holographic Sight, Mira Red Dot, Laser Sight, and magazines to improve accuracy. While, the amphibious BRDM-2 replaces UAZ armored vehicle and comes with bulletproof tires.
