Is my spouse and/or child able to attend sessions and events?  Will childcare be available?

While we encourage you and your family to enjoy all that Bangkok has to offer before and after EXPO9, we will not offer childcare during the conference.  Seating is limited to conference attendees who have paid for or earned a ticket.  Please arrange for childcare during business functions.  Children and spouses will need to register if they wish to attend EXPO9, although availability may be limited.

Are meals included with the purchase of an event ticket?  Where can I purchase food if it's not included?  Lunch box will be provided for all attendees who have paid for or earned a ticket on Sep 21 and Sep 22 only.  All other meals will be on your own.  IMPACT has many dining options on site, and there are more restaurants within walking distance. 

Where should I park for this event? 

Free parking can be found in the outdoor parking areas behind Halls 1&2, 3&4 and 7&8, as well as at Cosmo Bazaar, Aktiv Square and Lakeside.  Indoor parking is available with fee at IMPACT Challenger, IMPACT Forum and behind Hall 1.

Where is the product Store pick-up area?

Product Store pick-up will be located in Hall 2.

Where can I pick up my Jeunesse rank pin if I haven't received it?

If you haven't received your recognition pins from past events, they will be available at the recognition area, located in front of Hall 1.  Pin pick-up will be available only for Executive, Jade Executive, Pearl Executive.  Sapphire Executive and up will get recognition on stage and pick up pins at back stage.

Where can I pick up translation equipment?

Translation equipment can be obtained on the hallway between Gate 1 and Gate 2 of IMPACT Arena.  Be prepared to leave identification card or passport as collateral.

What are the details for Star Gala?

You will receive a voucher at Check-in if you have qualified for Star Gala. Please take this voucher to check-in point at Grand ballroom, Shangri-la hotel, where you can exchange it for the wristband required to enter Star Gala.

How do I enter to win prizes?

At Check-in, you will receive a ticket. You must drop off the “B” half of this ticket at Swag Pickup to be entered into the drawing, and you must keep your “A” ticket for verification, should your “B” ticket be drawn.

Can I access Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available.

Will shuttle transportation be provided?

Airport shuttle service and ground transportation between Shangri-la hotel, Royal Orchid Sheratoh hotel and IMPACT will provided only for winners of the hotel stay, and Diamond Directors and above.

Taxis are readily available in front of IMPACT Arena at the shuttle bus station.
