Multiple Sclerosis Youth Council Volleyball Tournament
This is the team signup sheet for the 8th Annual Multiple Sclerosis Volleyball Tournament taking place on January 4th, 2020. Be sure to consolidate your team and determine your team leader before registering here. The price per player is $15, including entry and food. In order to legally participate, each player must also submit a liability form linked below, which must be printed out and given to an ambassador, or brought to the tournament on the day of.  Money should be paid on Eventbrite or handed to an ambassador prior to our event.
